CLINICAL Rehab
Clinical Rehab is a tailored rehabilitation program that combines traditional Pilates-based exercises with physiotherapy expertise to address musculoskeletal conditions, improve posture, and enhance overall movement. This involves using equipment such as the reformer, dumbbells, and stability balls. It is designed to target specific areas of weakness, stiffness, or injury and incorporates techniques such as alignment correction, strengthening, and mobility training. Sessions are personalized to meet individual needs, making it suitable for various conditions, from chronic pain to sports injuries.

A comprehensive Initial Assessment is required to identify the root cause of your complaint and uncover any mechanical dysfunctions or muscle imbalances. The condition will be addressed using a multi-faceted, evidence-based approach to treatment. Once a treatment plan is developed, we will work together to encourage meaningful muscle activation through Clinical Rehab to reach your goals!
