PASSIONATE ABOUT THE JOURNEY

Portia is a Registered Physiotherapist trained in Clinical Pilates.

During her time in Australia, she gained experience in sports injuries through on/off-field work with the Victorian Amateur Football Association, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, and the management of acute and chronic pain. Along the way, she also discovered her first love—Clinical Pilates

She incorporates her Clinical Pilates training from the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) into her physiotherapy practice Her treatment techniques also include Manual therapy, Dry needling, Acupuncture, and Craniosacral Therapy.
